No One Was Willing To Help Me
When I first decided to venture into the New Construction side of real estate, I knew there were large gaps in my understanding. There were other builders I had met locally and they gave me the proverbial, “call me if you need anything.”
I made the calls and asked for a quick class on foundations, concrete and whatever else I didn’t know. Of all the builders I called, guess how many were willing to help?
None.… So what did I have to do? Teach myself in any way I could figure… make mistakes, learn, adjust and do it again. I’m hoping to save YOU some of that pain.
