BTR Goal for Us Here In the Group
Here are the basic figures that I am trying to achieve and WHY I’m building this community: To share what others didn’t want to share with me.
- Buy a city lot (5K - 7.5K sf) for around $40K - $55K.
- Build a duplex with around 1200 sf living space per side for a cost of $100/sf or $240K.
- The finished duplex should achieve rents of about $1,500/mo PER side and should appraise for $399K+.
