Motivation Monday: Leadership Latte #47: Law of Modeling

Good morning, Team,

Welcome to another episode of Leadership Latte with Dr. Joe! Today we’ll cover the Law of Modeling, Law #13 in John Maxwell’s book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.

This law teaches us that growth accelerates when we learn from those who have already walked the path we’re on. Modeling is about paying attention to proven examples, learning from others’ successes, and avoiding mistakes we don’t need to make ourselves.
