TMAAT Questions - Southwest-Specific Focus:
  1. “Tell me a little about yourself.”
  • You are interviewing for a pilot position so your focus should be on aviation
  • This is more of a personality interview so it should also include something personal about who you are, your interests,
  1. "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer."
  • Southwest is obsessed with customer service
  1. "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer."
