Claude just added a beta feature where it can create interactive charts, diagrams, and visualizations directly inside the chat, and then update them as the conversation changes.

- Inline interactive charts and diagrams, built in the response

- No code needed, just ask things like “draw this as a diagram” or “visualize how this changes over time”

- Claude can decide when a visual helps, or you can request one explicitly

- Visuals are temporary and evolve with the chat, optimized for understanding in the moment

- Different from Artifacts, which are meant to be saved, shared, and downloaded as more polished deliverables

- Examples include interactive compound interest curves and a clickable periodic table

- Available on all plan types and on by default

- Signals the bigger trend: AI outputs shifting from text-only to dynamic, interactive UI that supports decision-making and automation
