Noob question about Make scenario
Hi all. I'm trying to build a morning briefing type thing. I'm just watching the make.com course in the Classroom. I'm stuck at the first hurdle (jeez). Should I add the 'watch emails' action in Gmail or 'search emails'? I've no idea what comes next, so back to the course I go. Thanks in advance
For a morning briefing setup, I’d start with Search Emails since it works best for scheduled summaries. Watch Emails is more useful for real-time triggers when new emails arrive. A clean setup would be: Gmail → AI summary → Slack/Email delivery. And don’t worry getting confused in Make at the beginning is completely normal. We’ve all built at least one scenario that accidentally looked like a NASA control panel 😂 If you don't mind, we can both connect through WhatsApp for better conversation +2349162124195 Happy to help if you get stuck — I build these workflows regularly.
What do you need from AWA right now?
I'm rebuilding what happens inside AWA based on what you actually need right now. Three questions, drop your answers in the comments: 1. What are you trying to build or figure out this month? 2. What's blocking you? 3. What do you wish existed inside AWA that doesn't? Every reply gets read. This becomes the roadmap. DM me if you'd rather keep it private.
What do you need from AWA right now?
@Sam Abdallah You’re asking the right question. Most people are still learning prompts while the real leverage now is AI agents that can actually execute workflows. Claude is especially strong for long-context reasoning and structured workflows. A good starting point is building simple agents around: • lead qualification • follow-up sequences • CRM updates • appointment booking • support automation The mistake most people make is trying to build “AI” before understanding the workflow logic first. I’ve been testing agent systems connected with CRMs + outreach automations and the biggest shift is treating AI like a team member with rules, memory, and actions not just a chatbot.
@Bretton Key You honestly don’t need 20 tools right now. You need one clean system. The fastest path for most people is: 1. Learn one CRM deeply (GHL is enough) 2. Build one repeatable outreach system 3. Add AI to remove repetitive tasks 4. Scale only after conversion is predictable A lot of people overcomplicate “AI scaling” when the real bottleneck is usually offer clarity + follow-up consistency. Generative AI becomes powerful when connected to outreach workflows, lead nurturing, and pipeline management — not just content generation.
Claude Makes Visuals
Claude just added a beta feature where it can create interactive charts, diagrams, and visualizations directly inside the chat, and then update them as the conversation changes. - Inline interactive charts and diagrams, built in the response - No code needed, just ask things like “draw this as a diagram” or “visualize how this changes over time” - Claude can decide when a visual helps, or you can request one explicitly - Visuals are temporary and evolve with the chat, optimized for understanding in the moment - Different from Artifacts, which are meant to be saved, shared, and downloaded as more polished deliverables - Examples include interactive compound interest curves and a clickable periodic table - Available on all plan types and on by default - Signals the bigger trend: AI outputs shifting from text-only to dynamic, interactive UI that supports decision-making and automation Curious how you guys would use this in your workflows, would you trust an AI-generated visual as the source of truth in a report or dashboard, or only as a thinking tool? Good
Help!
I started a ai agency and the service I sell is a lead outbound qualifier and appointment booker. It also stores and organizes information in a crm. The tools I use for this are n8n for connecting everything, retell ai for the caller, twillio for the phone number provider, airtable for the crm, and cal.com. Now I want to take all of this and make a custom fronted dashboard so my clients can see everything like what my business is doing for them and the data within the separate tools, is this all possible? If so would it be better to build new dashboards for each client or all have one where they login and only see their information within the dashboard. Any and help would be gratefully appreciated!

Yes, Brody, this is possible. I can build a central dashboard pulling data from n8n, Retell, Twilio, Airtable, and Cal.com, with role-based logins so each client sees only their info. I can help design and implement this end-to-end for your agency. Kindly Dm me through WhatsApp for more better conversation +2349162124195
