@Ben Williams walked us through an AI customer support agent he built for a pharmaceutical company. Every ticket gets categorized, scored for confidence, and then either drafted for human approval or escalated with no draft at all. The part that stuck with me: when someone asked about doubling their blood pressure medication, the agent wrote nothing. No draft, no send button. That's a guardrail doing its job. Guardrails are VERY important.
