Claude Workshop 7 is up in the classroom
@Ben Williams walked us through an AI customer support agent he built for a pharmaceutical company. Every ticket gets categorized, scored for confidence, and then either drafted for human approval or escalated with no draft at all. The part that stuck with me: when someone asked about doubling their blood pressure medication, the agent wrote nothing. No draft, no send button. That's a guardrail doing its job. Guardrails are VERY important. Also covered: - Confidence scoring and where to set your auto-send threshold - Why solo operators should automate less, not more - Haiku for classification, Sonnet for writing (and why defaulting to the biggest model is a bad habit) - How he got 80% of the app from a single prompt after 3 hours of planning - Building an MCP server so you can query the whole system from Claude Desktop Companion notes are attached. Watch it, then go look at your own build and ask what it's allowed to answer that it shouldn't be. 👉 View in Classroom 👉 Go subscribe to @Ben Williams on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@BenGlyn

Yes. Need to be careful into reading into these benchmarks. One good practice is to use Fable on low mode to do your planning then switch to Opus for execution We need to remember Opus can also spawn more sub agents and in some cases cost you more than Fable 5. Ultimately it comes down to working out which model to use for the task at hand. Keen to hear feedback of experience of Opus 5. Also, recalling most coding tasks can be achieved with Sonnet 5.
What is the Claude Architect Certification
Hi, Last month I passed my Claude Architect Certification. I put together a 50-minute recap of the exam content while it was still fresh. I plan on creating 5 more, one for each domain. Upfront. It is a podcast created using Claude Code and hyperframes to generate a video from the exam guide. I hope you get something from it, some areas you may find interesting and help focus your learning. Keep on building. Ben

Is greed going to ruin AI's potential?
I made a 45 min video on where I actually stand on AI. Not hype, not doom. A data center they tried to build an hour from my house, in a drought. Some things I've caught myself doing wrong. Where I think this tech genuinely helps people and where it's just greed with better branding. Cautious optimist, but I don't hold back. Watch it here: https://www.skool.com/automate-what-academy/classroom/2d14ec0a?md=5e1af03cd9934e7680b32939c32be5e0 What's your hardest question about AI right now?

A couple of weeks there was a documentary about Australia's uptake of data centres and the comsumption of electricty and water. I was surprised to find out Australia was next after USA in invetsment in data centres. Here is an article on some of the concerns. https://7news.com.au/spotlight/7news-spotlight-inside-australias-secretive-ai-factories--c-22549538 Look forward to watching your video

Hi, A bit about me. Originally from the UK, now based in Brisbane. My background spans software engineering, business analysis, project management and data analytics, and these days all in on AI. It is all about the data though! Two tools I use daily: Claude Code (recently certified) and WisprFlow. WisprFlow especially, I genuinely don't type anymore 😊. I'm also a fan of Trillet, the voice agent platform. Right now my focus is split between content production and lead generation. Always keen to compare notes with others working on the same problems, and happy to share what I'm learning. On the build side, I've been focused on AI operating systems, voice agents and customer support agents, all built through Claude Code and deployed to either Vercel or Azure.
