A simple email welcome sequence (3 emails max)

A lead magnet outline
A booking link system with pre-qualification questions
A reusable content framework
A FAQ page you can send instead of explaining things repeatedly
Keep it small. Keep it usable. Keep it live.
It doesn't have to be perfect. Don't overthink.
