UGC (User generated content)
Most people don't have the time or want to put themselves on video . UGC content allows you a fast forward with your likeness. This was made with heygen but many systems exist for this now This version of me is scaling faster than the real version of myself (trying to figure out why still) The picture, voice, music and video are all like me but are AI generated.

Just getting to this post. This is a new way of referring to UGC (User Generated Content). In the past, I have always understood UGC to be content that is created from the user's of your product or service. Things like reviews, messages in communities (such as this), or emails and other messages from users, etc. If I am understanding this correctly UGC is referring to using an AI avatar of yourself to create content?
Have you been pwned? Dark web search
https://haveibeenpwned.com/ This website allows you to check if your information such as passwords, or other relatable online items that you put into the ether have been leaked. It's free access to check and will help you better protect your information!

There are other tools that also check the dark web. The sad truth is there is probably some information of yours that has been compromised. I have used Legal Shield's Identity Protection for years and it alerts when it finds my information. It costs a little but also does other things. The point is your info is probably out there and it is good to check.

Closing the AI Execution Gap for Service Businesses Most people are using AI today… but very few are actually building with it. That difference is what I call the AI Execution Gap. And over the next few years, the businesses who learn how to integrate AI into their workflows will move significantly faster than those who don’t. This is a 6-week program designed to take you from: Basic AI usage → Real AI systems inside your business Inside the program, you’ll learn how to: • Turn AI into practical workflows (not just prompts) • Use AI to support sales, service, and operations • Design simple automations that save hours each week • Connect AI with the tools you already use • Think like an operator, not just a user And most importantly: You’ll build at least one real AI integration for your business during the program. This is for you if: • You run a service-based business • You know AI is important but haven’t fully implemented it yet • You want practical applications, not theory • You value relationships and want AI to support—not replace them This is NOT: ❌ A coding course ❌ A hype-driven AI class ❌ Just prompt engineering This IS: ✔ Practical ✔ Guided ✔ Built around real business use cases ✔ Focused on execution AI doesn’t replace relationships. It removes the friction around them. If you're ready to move from experimenting with AI to actually building with it… Welcome to Zero to 100.

This sounds awesome! I especially resonate with valuing relationships and having AI support them instead of replace them.
Organic vs paid growth
Jen, Brandon and I have had many conversation around this and its super fascinating to learn about the paid strategies for me as somebody who has focused so heavily on organic. What is organic? This would focus on items such as branding, social media, website, and invitation based strategy. Often times it takes longer with persistence and consistency. Paid strategies would be designed to drive traffic through ads, paid marketing, high end evideo and partnerships. I want to invite you to ask questions about what pertains to you. What have you tried, why are your hesitant to try what you haven't etc. Something to be mindful is that most people are quick to place marketing on the chopping.block when things are slow, but that's when marketing matters the most.

@Josh Case Yes, part of the trouble business run into with paid strategies is you can burn through a lot of cash with little to no results if you don't have your message and offer dialed in. That can give you data and help you get to what resonates with your audience, but it is costly. However, with most small businesses it is probably better to get the message and offer figured out first and then use paid strategies as an accelerant.
What is your bottleneck?
Alright team, let’s get real for a second. Every business has one thing that’s clogging up the momentum. The thing you keep putting off. The thing that feels heavier than it should. For some of you, it’s content. For some, it’s your funnel. For some, it’s finally setting up the systems so you’re not duct-taping your business together at midnight. Drop your ONE bottleneck below. Patrick and I are going to choose a few and record mini breakdowns on exactly how we’d fix them. Consider it your free coaching moment. What’s the thing that, if we cleaned it up, would change everything for you right now?

I would have to say for me it is creating materials for training. Right along side with creating systems. I could improve on that as well, but the "systems" I currently have I do not have it written or recorded in a way that it could be handed off to someone else so they could do it.
