Info about new PC for cinematic music

Hi, I need advice about new PC to buy sooner or later:

For cinematic music which are the minimum of requirements to care of?

Intel or AMD? Which model?

Which minimum RAM?

Which minimum power must the processor have (3,5Ghz, 4Ghz, 4core, 8core..)

Now I am on a 2,4Ghz Xeon, 16gb of RAM (I know, I know, very weak system)
