I see too many AI apps that just....
pull your wearable data and parse it differently. but what about a ENTIRE NEW PARADIGM? You see.. its long been known that the metrics from wearables are So SO. poor accuracy.. from the wearable gives you poor data = misleading results and WORSE.. faulty or fraudulent advice! What I have done is taken HIGH QUALITY SENSOR data.. any Bluetooth device that broadcast HR. and then I have created 3 apps that you deploy first thing in the morning.. before you get out of bed.. and OH BOY! are they helping me. https://www.youtube.com/@BrainSherpa is my channel for explanation . What I’ve been working on….
I started a running community (wasn’t meant to be a club) in 2019. Recently I’ve been creating platform that includes an AI tool that creates training plans based on Jack Daniels’ teachings, a club notice board, integration with Suunto and Polar (Garmin are still griefing me), a shop, a calendar of South African running events, a virtual club run etc etc. Pls check it out and let me know what you guys think. energylabapp.co.za.
