What's your hook when selling AI Agent?

I work with local home services businesses. Their pain points are to get more leads and grow their revenue. They are not up at night wondering how can they add an AI agent/bot.

I'm not seeing much success with leading with using AI agent to book appointments. Maybe I'm presenting it the wrong way.
