I'm running into an issue with our contact creation workflow that suddenly appeared. Up until yesterday, custom values (like the "call from" number from the inbound webhook request) were coming through perfectly, but today those values are missing.
Here’s a quick rundown of the situation:
- Custom Value Issue: The "call from" value in the inbound webhook is missing today, even though it was there yesterday.
- Execution Log Errors: Create contact error – mapping fields missing Contact update skip – missing contact or there is no contact
- Workflow Version: The log indicates that the workflow might be using an older version of GHL.
- New Workflow Attempt: I tried setting up a new workflow, but it failed to extract the necessary info from the inbound webhook.
- Specific Trigger Point: The issue started when I connected the post-call webhook for Web Orb. While call-webhooks are working fine, the middle values in the workflow are getting skipped. This means I can't send the post-call webhook email to the customer, although internal notifications are still being sent.
I'm not sure if this problem is stemming from GHL, Assistable, or if the inbound webhook request itself is broken. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? can you guys pls help me in this or is there an alternate way other than ghl for setting up post call webhook while extracting the contact information also ...
