Root cause of "contact_id": "undefined" (in post call web hook) is unknown, as it could not be replicated. Please notify Jorden if you are running into this issue. Current workaround (if using GHL IVR w/o LC number intelligence): PCWH > Find by contact_id, else: Find by phone number to contact name (no-number intelligence GHL maps inbound IVR calls FROM contact phone number TO contact name), else: Send internal notification to your team to review.
Section prompting vs flowbuilder: To navigate call objectives, use protocols in your prompts. (e.g., if user said this is their first appointment, go to section "##First Appointment".) Jorden stated that he will provide examples.
