Rescheduling & Workflows
I have a workflow that sends 3 follow up calls back-to-back, (ex. Tue, Wed, Thurs) but I don't have a way of removing someone out of the workflow if they connect and request a follow up.
The bot connected on a first call with a lead. The lead didn't exactly schedule a time for a future call, they just said "call me back in a week". Then of course the bot called back the next day.
How could I configure the bot to remove that lead out of the workflow and actually call the client back in a week once the client requests a cal back in a week?
