Question about Chat HQ

I'm still finding GHL livechat very unreliable. Assistant sends response sometimes and sometimes doesn't. I'm eagerly waiting for

to launch assistable's chat widget feature. Until then, I've heard recommendations about ChatHQ. Has anyone used ChatHQ successfully with assistable? How did the assistant perform compared to GHL livechat? I would love to hear your experience as I am considering this option as an interim solution.
