Step-by-Step Phone numbers with V2 Setup - Call & Text from Same Number
⚠️⚠️⚠️ BEFORE DOING THIS be aware that moving to Twilio disables the ability to use the IVR trigger and related actions in GHL workflows.
If you want to text and call from one and the same phone number in v2, you'll need to do a little prep work by switch over your ghl phone provider and doing some zip trunking. Not as complicated as it sounds.
