New Workflow Builder

As this is beta and we're all just starting to use it, maybe we can share best practices here?

I'm loving the WF builder, but I am finding I'm breaking out the tasks and the prompting for each task so much more than when it was all in one prompting. Anyone else? As Jorden mentioned in the video, I definitely think this way will be much more deterministic.

- question for you. The WF still follows a linear progression. What if we want certain actions to occur anytime something happens (not just in the context of the flow of the conversation)? So for instance, If we want the AI to transfer the call to the Biz Owner if a user asks to speak to someone? Or we want to transfer the call to Service Department if at any time the user asks - how do we make that universal? Is that just a new State node not connected to anything? Or put that in the global prompting and not in any node?
