Need help getting my AI agent to do outbound calls...
As of now, Ally can only take inbound calls. However, I want her to be able to do outbound calls and I want to be able to set up a form that (when completed) will prompt her to call a person immediately. I am not sure how to fix this problem. Has anyone else successfully configured an outbound AI voice agent.
