Hi Team! My chat assistant is not giving correct answers but rather random infos from Knowledge base. I've uploaded the informations in text format, all info fully toggled, the right answer is there but it does not provide. Just to make sure it is not prompting related i copied the assistant and insert the infos into the prompt section marked as kowledgebase then Assistant pulls the correct answers and provides everything. We have to create a complex assistant for eccomerce with multiple product infos and we need to be sure it works. But if i have to put it into the prompt section maybe latency will be huge.... I was checking in the group and i see a lot of problem with this in the past too but it seems this problem is not solved yet.
