Knowledge Base FAQ's - Bulk Upload

HI Team,

The KB says that you can upload FAQ's in bulk.

I have uploaded a document that parses out the text, but this breaks the structure further down the document, and makes data pairing harder.

I've checked the document to take out all editing, line breaks etc, and it's still not toggling correctly.

How do i upload my FAQ's for a structured AI response in bulk? Am I just being a pleb, I cannot see where to do this!
