Issue with checking calendar and booking calls

Hey guys - I've been creating agents and haven't had an issue until recently with this.. haven't done anything different... but out of no where one of the most recent agents we created wasn't able to check for appointment times or book calls. it just froze for 5-10 seconds then came back and said hey just checking in are you still looking to book that appointment? Then i'd prompt yes, and it would come back saying the same thing and not actually check the calendar or book the call. So then i tested one of my other working ones, and it was working fine - so i thought maybe it's a prompting issue - so to test, i copied my new prompt into the old agent, and it stopped working. BUT THEN, i copied the original prompt back into the original agent (Which was just working) and it STOPPED working and started doing the same thing with not checking the calendar and not booking calls (exact same prompt it had 5 minutes prior when i tested it and it worked)

Anyone else having or had this issue? Any help would be awesome please. Thanks.
