Intermittent issue with long waits (CHAT EFFECTED)

Hi all, ive noticed that if you have a longer wait time in your chat wait - it may be timing out the request before it fully gets completed. If you are experiencing failure rates, can you check / lower your wait time in the autopilot settings?

Will post once we find the root cause - (I mean besides timeout)
