Can I Use One AI for Chat (text) and the same for Voice? (Jury still out)
My goal is to use one AI bot to talk to leads via text and the same AI to act as a Voice AI (call in number), but now when I activate the Chat AI using this one AI, the AI writes, would you like me to transfer the call to the home office.....which works perfect for Voice, but that isn't appropriate when having a text chat with a lead. I am making changes along the way, but any advice is appreciated.
