How to get help

Hey guys and girls/ What is the fastest way to get help. Here is the problem. I use to have an account for about a year. paid the 225 but never used it. So i let billing fail. When I came back I created another workspace and paid the 225. again. BUT when I attach it to my agency no sub accounts show or connect. So I decided to pay 97 to open the other workspace thinking it was the problem. Sure enough the one sub account i direct connected was there. I think this is a clitch some how. Submitted a ticket but no response. I really dont need 2 workspace and would like to get this fixed. Can someone help or point me in the direction to get help
