Hello I have my bots answering with very random things. Need help!

Hello, I need help. My bots answer the same questions to the users over and over. Even when the person asks different things, keep asking the same.

I connect and reconnect my account, both from the dashboard and from the root GHL domain, using the App marketplace.

I didn't change anything. The assistant started answering things and giving the user some random phone numbers to communicate with us that I didn't recognize.

People (users/clients) say they can't attend our classes because they are in Japan, and the bot is answers, sorry you don't feel well, have a safe trip to Hawaii.

Is it only me, or is it a problem that others have?

, I'm sorry. I know you are busy, but I need help to resolve this. This is the beginning of the cycle, and I have my customers receiving random answers =(
