Good news... the Inbound Voice AI is working but need help on two things.

JSON /webhook configuration - I have questions the Voice AI is asking (industry, best selling product and Company) and would like that filled by the AI. I do have custom fields created and tried following last Wed training, but can't get it to work
I'd like to be notified each time a lead calls the Inbound AI- is that thru a Pre or post Call webhook? Any looms showing how to accomplish this or advice is greatly appreciated.
