French AI assistant

Hi everyone, we've created a French AI assistant to support HVAC in Montreal. However, it's not able to pick up the inquiries if the caller speaks french. Any suggestion that you can share on how we can fix this? attached here is the recording and the transcript of the conversation. so I can see that it's a possible speech to text issue.

i've tried changing the voice engine and the AI model but still the same issue it's not able to transcribe any responses.
