Chatbot Sometimes Not Responding

Hi everyone,

I've noticed that our Instagram chatbot occasionally doesn't respond to messages — sometimes right from the first message, and sometimes in the middle of a conversation.

I've checked everything on our end but couldn't find the cause.

Could this issue be coming from the GHL side?
