Yesterday I tried to test my bot with live chat and again it was not working and the bot was stuck with replying back. I was wondering if live chat is even reliable for the demo to clients? I selected chat widget instead of live chat and then in the automation selected chat widget to turn on the bot. However, when I tested it out the bot does not even show any msg received from widget. The msg does come under conversations of GHL but not the bot. What could be the reason?
