Chat Summary in Custom GHL Field
Hey,I’m trying to use a custom tool to generate a summary of the entire conversation, but it’s not working as expected. In the chats, it doesn’t even look like the bot is triggering the custom tool at all.
Has anyone successfully managed to summarize a WhatsApp or Instagram conversation and save that summary into a custom field inside the contact record in GHL? Any tips or guidance would be really appreciated!
