Call Forwarding / IVR Workflow
Good evening everyone,
Does anyone have a quick how-to video or doc for setting up the following call flow in GHL?
Goal:
Inbound calls → GHL phone number → ring my cellphone and GHL web app → AI when not answered
Outbound calls → GHL phone number → Assistable ai
• If I answer and press a key, the call connects to me
• If I don’t answer or don’t press a key, the call forwards to an external Assistable AI number
I believe this should be done with an IVR workflow, but when I add IVR, the Call Connect step stops ringing my phone/web app. If I remove IVR and use simple call forwarding, the Assistable number doesn’t pick up the call.
Questions:
  • How can I use IVR while still allowing the call to ring both my cellphone and the GHL web app?
  • How can I allow “press any key to connect,” otherwise forward to Assistable?
  • Can the same GHL phone number be used for outbound calls with Assistable AI while still routing missed inbound calls to the AI? How do you import it into Assistable if so.
