We had a intermittent calling timeout when initiating outbound calls. When processing calls, we had an outdated process that wasn't correctly mapping rate limits so it was allowing account to bypass the rate limit.
These processes have been updated and made current and the bug-bounty for this has been filled.
Rate limits have temporarily been decreased to almost-no-volume to allow server memory to recoup and then we will allow all access ahead one more based on account tiers.
