Breaking apart replies in several short messages

Hey vets, Jorden and Mike. I have a challenging issue I'm trying to solve around getting the AI assistant to respond in a particularly style:

BACKGROUND: I have a client that's a millennial that's killing it as a coach. Their primary sales channel is reaching their audience through Instagram and via Instagram DMs.

ISSUE/QUESTION #1: I've created an AI DM setter/closer for Instagram for them. We're trying to match her style as closely as possible in the bot's replies, but her entire team all chats in short successive messages that are phrases and sentences rather than 1 slightly longer message. I've tried to handle this through style guardrails as well as personality nuances, but I can't seem to get the bot to break messages apart into multiple short messages. Does anyone have any ideas on how should I go about making the bot do this?
