For some reason, the assistants are able to read the calendars today. I'm using the get_availability tool, but when the bot goes to check, it never comes back. I have to type something again, and then it writes, "I’m having a little trouble pulling up the calendar right now......"
I've reconnected HL to Assistable a couple of times now, but no luck.
Also, with one of the instances, the user's name was not pushed to the CRM, even thought I have the update_user_details set up.
Anyone else seeing this?
