Any update on phone numbers being blocked and shutting down entire accounts?

Just wanted to get an update on the situation where the phone call never goes through and the phone number is blocked? Despite it being a registered phone number on Free Call Registry as well as Hiya? My personal account was affected. My main phone number is completely inoperable, had that been on business cards or advertising it would have been devastating. Half my clients went down with absolutely no fix in place for over 24 hours. Are my other half of my clients going to go through the same thing? Do we even know what happened? How to prevent this? Anything? I fear a lot more people are effected right now with no knowledge of it.
