Has anyone here set up an AI “killswitch” in their system? The goal is that if we’re reviewing conversations and notice the AI going off-topic or responding in a way we don’t want, we can immediately turn it off.
I’m also wondering is there a way to add an AI Killswitch tag to a user? The challenge is that if we remove the “active” tag to turn the AI off, and then later re-add the “active” tag to turn it back on, it will just push the contact back into the workflow instead of simply reactivating AI responses.
Has anyone solved this? Or is there already a built-in method for handling this scenario?
