Does anyone have a workflow + assistable.AI prompt + knowledge base to get a really good customer service bot?
Goal: Using a chatbot trigger, I want it to only answer using the knowledge base and then if it doesnt know an answer to just forward to a human (support ticketing system)
Any tips on best ways to set this up?
