Agent saying punctuation plus other issues
My voice agent says “dot” after emails and “question mark” after certain questions. Agent is also hung up on the verifying time zone even though the context is a very regional one. Also, it doesn’t hang up in a natural way when the caller disrupts the agents flow (ie corrects a booking address). It just sorta sits there. My prompt is a proven one but this started a happening today. Thoughts?
