A Big Thank You to Jordan Williams

I want to sincerely thank Jordan Williams. Thanks to his outstanding support, I was able to win back my most important client – even though we had been struggling with a few issues, particularly around scheduling and other small things.

It may have been a minor mistake, but it had a major impact on my client. What I really want to say is this: we should all be grateful that someone like Jordan is behind the support.

I've been around for a while, but I've never seen someone manage support like he does – providing instant help and solving problems on the spot. I've never met a developer so dedicated and passionate about their software and their users.

Jordan truly cares about each and every customer – and now with over 2,000 of them, that's something extraordinary. From my side: hats off to you, Jordan. That deserves real applause.

So once again, thank you! My client is back – and it's all thanks to you.
