2 issues - GHL cal times hallucinating AND need HIPAA BAA?

Hello, we're so stoked to use assistable but we cannot get the bots to stop hallucinating times or getting confused when we ask for times "tomorrow".

I also really need a HIPAA BAA.

Can someone help us out?
