Property auction advise if possible.
Looking into buying this at auction. Guide price of £165k. I needs approx £80-100k spending on in. New roof etc, move stairs, knock walls through install beams. Think this would go for a lot more. £250-300k. I have 25k deposit. Would need the rest as mortgage.
Can be split into 2-3. 2-3 bedroom flat upstairs. 1 or two shops downstairs.
