Local authority advice!
Hi all, I’ve located a cracking property in the heart of a village that would work well as serviced accommodation.
Before I move forward, would it be best to run it past the local authority first?
The fact I’m asking makes me think I should?
What’s the usual practice with something like this?
What’s your thought?
