3 things I wish I knew earlier in my property journey... 🤝

Looking back, there are 3 things I wish I’d known earlier in my property journey & I'm sharing them with you... (there are many more but I won't bore you this Monday morning...)

1️⃣ The power of partnerships: you absolutely cannot do it all alone. You need partnerships & good ones at that.

2️⃣ How to structure deals properly: the right structure will MAKE your property deals. You need to put time and effort into planning and finding the right structure for you.

3️⃣ The importance of having a clear long-term strategy: Work out your your goals that are clear and aligned with you... your roadmap to completing them is your strategy.
