Speed tool substitute
The Les Mills smart bar arrived and I’ve had a chance to play around with it.
The handle grip is the main difference. It doesn’t feel as nice on the hands as the Osso tool, and some of the movements are a little harder, but overall this is a very good substitute - especially given the price difference.
