5 Full Body Contralateral Patterns that will help you with finding harmony and bringing together the 5 movement qualities we seek.
The video gives you about a 15sec demo of each.
I would work on one at a time until it sinks in then move on.
Once you get them all, see if you can maintain each pattern for 90seconds back to back in a circuit.
