Hey Team,
I've filmed a new follow along that falls loosely into the category of organic strength. It's more of a meal than a snack and it tests your strength, endurance and hip mobility while still being playful.
This is not a session you will want to jump in on if you feel like crawling is problematic for you.
In terms of equipment you need a floor, a basketball, a jenga block and yourself :)
