API Endpoint for Selective Chat Data Retrieval
Hi AskSpot Team, I'm integrating AskSpot with external systems and currently rely on webhooks. The webhook delivers the entire conversation payload, which can be quite large, especially for estimation workflows. Is there (or will there be): - A REST API endpoint to fetch a chat session by ID - Ability to request only specific fields or variables (e.g., final estimate, user selections) - A way to define a schema for the exact data points we want returned - Support for partial exports instead of full conversation transcripts This functionality would be extremely valuable for storing structured outputs in databases or other systems without unnecessary overhead. More Live Integrations Beyond Google Workspace
Hello AskSpot Team & Community, I'm developing an estimation based chatbot and I see that the available live integrations currently support only Google Sheets and Google Docs. For my workflow, it would be extremely useful to integrate directly with: - Microsoft OneDrive - SharePoint - SQL or other database systems - Additional storage or automation platforms Is there any roadmap, beta program, or upcoming release that includes broader integration options? I'm just wondering is it possible to configure the AI to show a lead form to the user mid chat? Example... user asking to book a call. The AI shows the book a call form that is built in AskSpot. Because AskSpot forms as no link or form reference that I can see... I don't no if this is even possible. Otherwise I could train the AI to send form when a user asks to book. For example
AskSpot Tags for Lead Routing?
Quick question for the group on AskSpot's tag feature. When a lead comes in, does the bot's tag appear in the email notification (subject or body)? My Use Case: I want to use one central inbox (leads@myagency.com) and auto-forward leads to different clients based on a tag like [ClientName] in the email. Is this possible? If so, what's the exact format of the tag in the notification? Thanks!
