We’ve put together a simple doc with all the past session topics + import links so you can catch up anytime and start using the templates in your own bots: 👉 Live Help Sessions – Topics & Import Links Hope this makes things a little easier. And if you try any of them out (or put your own spin on one), we’d love to see it, feel free to share in the comments 💬

Facebook and instagram
I’m exploring ways to enhance our chatbot’s reach for clients. Currently, we’d love the ability to connect chatbots directly to clients’ Facebook and Instagram Business accounts (with their permission, of course). This would allow us to: - Automate messaging replies via the chatbot. - Sync leads from Meta platforms to our AskSpot workflows. Is this type of direct API integration on your roadmap? I couldn't see a way to do this. I'm currently still on the free trial. If not, could we discuss workarounds (e.g., Zapier/webhooks)
Real Estate Agent General Response Bot?
I have looked thru and do not see an example, I want to have a bot for a RE agent, that would be used by their clients and potential clients to be able to ask questions in general about working with the RE agent and give information to the potential client or client, when they are driving around and see a property that they are interested in to get details, either from MLS or zillow. Adding to that the agent I am talking with does not have a dedicated web site, just the re company provided web site, so they can not make any changes like adding a bot to it. She does have a web site that is all hers. So has anyone done something like this,? or anyone have any ideas how best to proceed with this? thanks
