Quick question for the group on AskSpot's tag feature.
When a lead comes in, does the bot's tag appear in the email notification (subject or body)?
My Use Case: I want to use one central inbox (leads@myagency.com) and auto-forward leads to different clients based on a tag like [ClientName] in the email.
Is this possible? If so, what's the exact format of the tag in the notification?
